Straight Lengths
Straight length copper tube is available in 3m and 6m lengths. Diameters range from 6mm for small domestic installations to 219mm for large commercial projects. We also have stocks of large diameter tubes and ranges of soft temper coils from 6mm-22mm, all available for immediate despatch.
As an alternative to traditional 1.2mm thick EN1057 and providing you with considerable cost savings without compromising operating performance, at request we can supply LiteX (special order), a hard drawn, lightweight, kitemarked tube available in 35mm, 42mm and 54mm.
Sizes 15mm-108mm copper tubes are stamped with:
- Tube size
- Kitemark
- EN 1057
- Temper
- Manufacturer
- Date (quarter)
Sizes 133mm and above are stamped at either end of the tube. All tubes 108mm and below are inkjet marked with similar data.

Plastic Coated (straight lengths)
Copper tube made to EN 1057 standard and coated in plastic. Plastic coated copper tube is useful for:
- Outdoors and underground
- Passing through walls
Identification purposes:
- White for oil
- Blue/green for water
- Yellow for commercial gas
Plastic can have UV stabilisers added if used outside.

Copper Coils
- Copper coils (micro-bore) made to EN 1057. Classified as table W in previous versions.
- They are particularly suitable where joints and fittings are not preferred.
- They are offered in longer lengths than standard straight copper tubes.

Chrome Plated
The copper tube is made to EN 1057 standard, except it is chrome plated for aesthetic purposes i.e. exposure in a bathroom. Chrome coating is to ISO 1456:2009. All chrome plated copper tubes are individually bagged to ensure they are protected during transport, sizes offered 15mm – 54mm inclusive.
Note: in order to apply chrome plated there has to be nickel coating applied first. This metal is a harder material than copper in nature, therefore it is not recommended to overexert the bending of the tubes. Tube sizes 35mm and above are NOT suitable for any bending.
